Tom Cauthen

Tom Cauthen is the owner and founder of Warwick homes. He is a native Houstonian, born and raised in Houston Heights Texas. 

He grew up in the Heights and Garden Oaks area, went to Reagan High School (now known as Heights High School) and received his Bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX.

Tom is a family man with two children and six grandchildren.
